professional and attractive custom letters, donation acknowledgements, pledge
reminders, faxes, and email–and again, there are many precise selection
tools that let you define exactly who should receive each type of letter.
You can enhance your letters with color, fonts, bullets, indents, and
other formatting options. Click the
mouse to insert “variables” into the text (such as last donation date,
amount, or designated purpose of donation) when printing.
Note just once which addressee’s accept email and save postage
thereafter by automatically emailing to those and printing letters for everyone
else. Event Planning and Management Event Management helps you organize and track special events from their early conception through completion. Templates allow you to define the various types of events your organization sponsors (such as dinners, conventions, seminars), with the critical steps required to coordinate and carry out these events–so you build on your experience to plan increasingly successful events.
