Donations $250 Log donations individually or in batches with speed tools, automatically send individualized thank you letters, and print bank deposit slips. Instantly locate and compare donor groups based on first date, last date, highest amount, year-to-date donations, total donations, or donation purpose.

Pledges $250 Reach income goals by reviewing unfulfilled pledges and automatically sending individualized reminder letters. Instantly review all pledges in relation to commitments, and print summary performance reports with revenue projections.

Letters & Email $250 Use the Flexquest word processor to create your own custom letters, thank you’s, pledge reminders, and email. Enhance these as desired with fonts, bullets, indents, and other formatting options. Click the mouse to insert “variables” into the text (such as last donation date or amount or purpose) when printing. Note just once which addressee’s accept email and save postage thereafter.

Custom Choices $250 Flexquest’s screen forms simplify data entry by letting you pick from lists of choices that appear when you select a data entry box. Use Custom Choices to edit the list of possible choices so you see the precise options or outcomes of interest to you.
