Click the mouse to insert “variables” into the text (such as last donation date or amount or purpose) when printing. Note just once which addressee’s accept email and save postage thereafter.

Media Manager $250 Organize and categorize all handouts and for-loan materials for public information. Find the best materials to suit a particular audience by using a keyword search tool. Print media lists and catalogs with abstracts. Log and track loaned materials.

Legislator $250 Maintain complete profiles for legislators and candidates, including endorsement status. Get quick access to extensive public and private notes for legislators. To encourage political action, link constituents on your mailing list to their legislators.

Legislative Issues $250 Follow relevant legislative issues, then prepare and monitor lobbying action plans including strategies, talking points, and schedule. Maintain complete historical notes on any issue, including those legislators in support or opposition of the issue.
