Mailing Management    Manage comprehensive lists of individuals and organizations that support your prolife cause with financial contributions or services.  Track prospects who have the potential to become more active in your organization.  Instantly access any single donation or a donation summary for every donor showing first, last, highest, year to date, prior two years, and total donations.  Powerful search tools allow you to target selected groups for fund raising appeals or organizational updates based on combinations of factors–their donor and pledge status, geographic locations, restrictions, various classifications, membership type, multiple interests, skills, and past participation in your organization’s activities.  Flexquest provides numerous reports and correspondence tools, including a convenient interface to email, mail houses, telemarketing firms, and address update services.  

Donation, Pledge, and Fund Raising Management    Plan your annual fund raising and development strategy and let Flexquest organize and analyze your various projects.  Projects are automatically updated with donations received, showing total donations, earnings after costs are deducted, average gift, total count for return donations, percent returns, and cost and income per piece.  When donations arrive, your staff can log these individually or in batches with speed tools, automatically send individualized thank you letters, and print bank deposit slips.  In addition, standard and complex pledges are handled seamlessly with automatic individualized reminder letters.  Quickly review all pledges in relation to commitment and print performance reports with revenue projections.  

Letters, Fax & Email Correspondence   The Fund Raiser includes it’s own built-in word processor to create professional and attractive custom letters, donation acknowledgements, pledge reminders, faxes, and email–and again, there are many precise selection tools that let you define exactly who should receive each type of letter.  You can enhance your letters with color, fonts, bullets, indents, and other formatting options.  Click the mouse to insert “variables” into the text (such as last donation date, amount, or designated purpose of donation) when printing.  Note just once which addressee’s accept email and save postage thereafter by automatically emailing to those and printing letters for everyone else.  

Event Planning and Management    Event Management helps you organize and track special events from their early conception through completion.  Templates allow you to define the various types of events your organization sponsors (such as dinners, conventions, seminars), with the critical steps required to coordinate and carry out these events–so you build on your experience to plan increasingly successful events.  Automatically update each event to analyze donations and pledges generated.  Expenses can be budgeted against expected income to help keep costs realistic.  Using the Event Invitation interface, you can also invite individuals or groups from your supporters and prospect lists.  Guest acceptance and registration fees are also monitored within Flexquest, with follow up communication to thank participants for their involvement, or with pledge reminders as appropriate.  

Media Management   Organize and categorize all your media resources, such as reference materials, handouts, and for-loan materials for use by your membership or the public.  Quickly identify your best books, tapes, videos, or other media on any given topic and for any particular audience.  Keyword search tools comb your media abstracts for very precise information.  These tools let you find appropriate materials for schools, church groups, teens, women in crisis, professionals, or any other groups you define.  You can also publish lists of available materials.  Further, if materials are loaned, you can track availability, borrower’s contact information, and return dates.  You can store information on publishers, sources, and ISBN numbers to efficiently re-order and update materials.  

Customization Tools   The Fund Raiser is designed to easily customize Flexquest to precisely fit your organization.  Established lists of choices for many special fields (membership type, organizational role, mailing restrictions, etc.) can be modified to match your organization’s interests.  Gateway, Import, Export, and Update functions allow you to interface smoothly to mail houses, telemarketing firms, address update services, or parent, affiliate, and chapter organizations to keep your data current and vital.  The Fund Raiser comes with “personalities” that allows us to tailor Flexquest to your particular organizational family and philosophy.
