Start-up toll-free telephone technical support is included in the purchase price.  Unlimited toll-free access to our senior technical support staff during the first 30 days of operation helps insure that your system gets off to the right start.

Paid Services

New versions of flexquest will be offered to existing users for a percentage of current system prices. 

Data conversion of existing records from other software products is available upon quotation.  Your data will be handled with strict confidence and security.

Address update services are available upon quotation.  Our address verification and other services could save hundreds or even thousands of dollars a year in postage.  Please inquire.

Annual extension of unlimited technical support via email and fax is available for a percentage of current system prices.  Our current rate is 10%.

Annual extension of toll-free telephone technical support is available after the initial start-up period for a percentage of current system prices.  Our current rate is 20%.

Per-call toll-free telephone technical support is available after the initial start-up period.  Our current rate is $25 per 15-minute increment.
